Kindergarten

Kindergarten, when you finaly get to get out into the real world, and start doing important things, like getting class pictures taken, and figuring out what three pigs plus four pigs equal...

When I was in Kindergarten, the teacher gave me this test to see if I could go into one of those "smart kid" classes. I answered every single question correctly but one.

"What is inside an apple?"

What's inside an apple? "Nothing," I said, When I was five apples were cut up into convinient bite size wedges. There wasnt anything in the middle. What was this lady talking about?

My mom was pretty embarrassed. But no matter, even though this bit of important knowledge was witheld from me, I was deemed a "smart kid" and the first thing I learned as one of the "smart kids"?

The thing inside the apple, is the core. (Just like that thing inside the earth, where magma comes from.... I knew that, but I didn't know the apple part.
